Directions: Add 1/2 to 1 cup of Belle's Bliss Magnesium Salt Soak to a warm bath (optimal temperature is around 101-103°F or 38-40°C). Swirl to dissolve and soak for at least 20-30 minutes for maximum benefit. Rinse skin if desired after your bath. For foot soaks, add 1/4 cup to a foot bath and soak for 20 minutes.
